The documented UK-specific procedure involves opening the glovebox and removing three screws along the top edge, then closing the glovebox again and removing four further screws along the lower edge. If you're following a video that doesn't match what you're seeing in your car, this left-hand-drive versus right-hand-drive difference is almost certainly why.

A genuinely important safety caution worth knowing: on some model years, the airbag on/off switch is located inside the glovebox itself. Take care not to accidentally disturb or disconnect this switch's connector while removing the glovebox for filter access, since doing so can trigger a genuine airbag system fault code that then needs clearing separately.
