Accuracy note: The Sorento's 2.2 CRDi (2010–2020) takes a large 95Ah battery — a 306 mm type 110 standard (95Ah / 830A, Varta G7) on cars without stop-start and a 353 mm type 019 AGM (95Ah / 850A, Varta A5) on the Mk3 with ISG. The Mk4 (2020 on) Hybrid and Plug-in Hybrid use a 242 mm type 027 AGM (60Ah / 680A, Varta A8) as their 12V battery. Check the three-digit type code, Ah and CCA printed on the battery you are removing before ordering — this model was built in more than one size. Stop-start cars must have an EFB or AGM battery, never a standard one.
