Expect a full day's labour at minimum for a professional fit.

Reputable aftermarket clutch kits from established brands are widely regarded as reliable, cost-effective alternatives to OEM parts. Given how labour-intensive this job is, it's worth paying for a quality kit rather than the cheapest option available — doing this job twice because of a budget part failing early is a genuinely expensive mistake.
